FDP – Advanced Solar Power System Design

I conducted a national-level Faculty Development Program (FDP) on "Advanced Solar Power System Design" from May 5th to 7th, 2022, at Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, Bengaluru — Electrical and Electronics Department.

The program, organised and supported by Dr. H.L. Suresh (HOD and Professor) and Dr. Mahesh K. (Professor), was open to engineering faculty across India. Over three days, participants delved into advanced solar technologies, exploring topics such as system design, energy storage solutions, and integration techniques.

Through a blend of theoretical learning and hands-on experience, this FDP empowered educators to incorporate cutting-edge solar technologies into their curriculum and research.

This experience highlights my commitment to empowering the next generation of engineers with practical knowledge, especially in renewable energy solutions, while fostering an interactive learning environment.
